Caprio Wear is a custom bodysuit manufacturer for activewear brands and teamwear suppliers. We produce private label athletic bodysuits from fabric to packaging, including hip-ending tank, long-sleeve, and ribbed styles and short-leg bodysuits in sleeveless, long-sleeve, open-back, corset-detail, crossback, and double-layer running builds, in Nylon/Spandex and Polyester/Spandex knits, with low minimums and full customization. Caprio Wear is the activewear and teamwear division of Caprio Sports, a cut-and-sew manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan.

The ribbed bodysuit is built in a double-layer rib knit, commonly Modal/Spandex for a soft hand, or a Polyester/Spandex rib for a quicker-drying, more colorfast build. Rib width, blend and weight are confirmed on your sample.

A double layer gives the ribbed bodysuit full opacity and a smoother fit without a separate lining, while the rib keeps its stretch. We confirm opacity under stretch on your sample in your chosen colors.

A sewn gusset, as on the sample, or a snap-button gusset on request, which opens at the crotch. A snap closure is cycled open and closed on your sample before bulk.

MOQ starts at 50 pieces per style. You can grade that across a full size run rather than ordering 50 of one size, and runs scale to full bulk.

Samples ship in 10 to 14 days from a confirmed tech pack or reference sample. We send photos and measurements for your sign-off before cutting bulk.
