Both button-front and pullover baseball jerseys are available. A button-front jersey has a full-button or two-button placket for the classic pro look, with dyed-to-match buttons; a pullover is simpler and often lower cost. Either way the whole jersey, placket included, takes full-dye sublimation, so the button front does not limit your design.

Should we order full-length or knicker pants, and is the reinforced knee standard?

Full-length and knicker baseball pants are both built on the same double-knit platform: full-length pants drape over the cleat, and knicker pants end at the knee and are worn with stirrup or sanitary socks. The reinforced knee is an option on either length, an added double-layer knee panel for sliding and fielding durability, confirmed on your sample.
