We grade custom sports bras from XS to 5XL. Support level, coverage, band width and strap style are set to your spec and confirmed on your sample before bulk.

Every custom sports bra run passes 6 QC stages and is inspected to AQL 2.5. Seams are stress-tested, bands are checked for recovery under repeated wear, and hook-and-eye, crossback and cage-back closures are checked for hold under movement. Third-party inspection is welcome.
