Caprio Wear is a custom long-sleeve top manufacturer for activewear brands and teamwear suppliers. We produce private label long-sleeve tops from fabric to packaging, including crew, fitted performance, henley, quarter-zip, raglan, and mock neck styles for men, and fitted performance, fitted cropped, oversized crew, and midi-length styles for women, with low minimums and full customization. Cotton and cotton-blend jersey, heavier thermal cotton, stretch tri-blend, performance Polyester/Spandex, recycled performance polyester, and lightweight stretch cotton knit, confirmed on your sample.

Fit intent. Compression is cut to sit tight against the skin (our Compression and Base Layers line). Performance is a more relaxed athletic fit for moisture-wicking and mobility, even with Spandex content. We can help place your concept in the right category.

Yes. Thumbholes come standard on our Women's Fitted Performance Long-Sleeve and Women's Fitted Cropped Long-Sleeve, not as a special order, and can be added to any other style.

The henley placket takes 2 to 5 buttons, set to the look you want and built to your spec.

Fabric, fit, neckline, cuff type, sleeve construction, articulated darts, color, print/embroidery placement (incl. sleeve and cuff), logos, labels, hangtags, packaging.

Every custom long-sleeve run passes 6 QC stages and is inspected to AQL 2.5. Sleeve length is graded proportionally across the full size run, cuff and thumbhole placement is checked at every size, and thermal cotton and waffle-knit shape retention is tested after wash. Third-party inspection is welcome.
