Caprio Wear is a custom American football uniform manufacturer for activewear brands and teamwear suppliers. We produce private label American football uniforms and kits from fabric to packaging, including game and practice jerseys, pad-pocket pants, girdles, base layers and sideline jackets in polyester mesh and Polyester/Spandex knits, with low minimums and full customization. Caprio Wear is the activewear and teamwear division of Caprio Sports, a cut-and-sew manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan.

Pads are optional. The American football pants are sewn with pockets for a seven-pad set, two thigh, two knee, two hip and one tailbone, and you can order them with the foam pads fitted to spec or without.

The American football pants are shown with a D-ring web belt at the front waist. A lace-up front with waist snaps or an integrated elastic belt can be built to your spec and confirmed on your sample.

The American football pants are the outer game garment; the American football girdle is a compression layer worn underneath with its own five-pad pockets for hip, thigh and tailbone. Teams using a girdle often pair it with pants that hold the knee pads only, and we build either setup to your spec.

MOQ starts at 50 pieces per style. You can grade that across a full size run rather than ordering 50 of one size, and runs scale to full bulk.

Samples ship in 10 to 14 days from a confirmed tech pack or reference sample. We send photos and measurements for your sign-off before cutting bulk.
